The legendary AC Cobra is about to get a new lease on life with the introduction of the AC Cobra GT Coupe, a closed-top two-door sports car.

Sharing its architecture with the AC Cobra GT Roadster, the Coupe will feature a 5.0-liter Coyote V8 from the Ford Mustang GT.

Mustang DNA

Transmission options for the AC Cobra GT Coupe include a six-speed manual or a 10-speed automatic, both borrowed from the iconic Ford Mustang GT.

AC Cobra GT Coupe is expected to deliver blistering performance, reaching 0-60 mph in as little as 3.4 seconds and a top speed of 173 mph.

AC Cobra GT Coupe features an extruded aluminum space-frame chassis for rigidity, while the bodywork will be fashioned from lightweight carbon fiber.

Rigid Construction

The AC Cobra GT Coupe will come equipped with a friction limited-slip differential (optional Torsen LSD), lightweight 21-inch alloy wheels, six-piston front brake calipers.

The interior of the AC Cobra GT Coupe will carry over from the Roadster, featuring a centralized instrumentation cluster, physical toggle switches.
