Options for Participation
Choose from three exciting ways to experience the thrill of VIR and Lightning Lap:
- Experienced Drivers: Seasoned racers will enjoy five 30-minute sessions on the track, with groups organized based on previous experience.
- Enthusiast Drivers: Perfect for beginners or those new to track driving, participants will engage in lead and follow sessions to familiarize themselves with the track.
- Spectators: Not behind the wheel? No problem! Spectators can enjoy the action firsthand with a hot lap from a Car and Driver editor or Kaizen Autosport instructor, followed by lunch with C/D staffers.
Categories
Classes are divided based on pricing groups, ensuring fair competition and an exciting racing experience for all participants. From Street to Race Car categories, there’s a class for every type of vehicle:
